Presentation and Poster Requirements

Full Paper Presentations

A 25 minutes slot has been allocated to a FULL paper presentation, of which 20 minutes is for oral presentation, and the remaining 5 minutes is for questions. A Computer connected to a data projector is available for your presentation; the system is ready for plug-and-play via USB. You are suggested to utilize a USB drive rather than a laptop computer for convenience and time efficiency. We recommend you to copy the slides from your USB to the computer before the session and test them to make sure everything is fine.

Poster Paper Presentation

To make the poster session more attractive, we have included a 5-minute oral presentation per poster in the conference program.

The aim of the 5 minute slot is to tell the audience important aspects of your work and why they should later come and look at your poster. If you like, you can use at most six slides for this. If you are going to use slides, please bring them in a USB.

In the session of poster demonstration, you will be allocated a 2.1m x 1.2m display board to exhibit your poster. While preparation on the task is left to your creativity, some suggestions are as follows. You may prepare your poster on one A1 sheet / two A2 sheets / four A3 sheets / eight A4 sheets and bring it to the conference. Have a good combination of text and diagrams. Make sure when you have to explain your work to the interested participants during poster display, that all important and necessary diagrams are included in your poster.

You may wish to prepare a few pamphlets about your work to distribute to other delegates interested in your work.
